This Privacy Notice explains how 8BI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LTD. ("8bi," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through the public website at 8bi.ai, including the request-a-demo form.

This notice does not govern personal data processed through the 8bi Platform on behalf of customers. Platform processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

1. Who We Are

8BI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LTD., an Israeli company, is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you request a demo or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your business email address
  • Your job title
  • Your company name
  • The business question, decision, report, or workflow you choose to describe
  • Information contained in later correspondence with us

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information through the demo form.

Technical information

Our hosting and form provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and pages requested.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

  • Respond to your request and arrange a demo
  • Understand your organization's interests and tailor the demonstration
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry and a potential business relationship
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website
  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to pursue our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating a secure website, and to comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information with:

  • Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and processes submissions made through our forms on our behalf. Netlify may process this information outside Israel, including in the United States, subject to its applicable data-processing terms and safeguards
  • Service providers that support business communications, security, or professional operations, where needed
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers
  • Courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security
  • A successor or relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards

Service providers may use personal information only to provide their contracted services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. International Transfers

8bi is based in Israel, and our service providers may process information in Israel, the United States, and other countries. Where applicable law requires it, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, approved contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms. The safeguards used for a particular transfer may depend on the service provider, destination, and applicable law.

6. Retention

We retain demo-request and inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. If no business relationship develops, we normally delete or anonymize the information within 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing

8. Cookies and Analytics

8bi does not currently use optional analytics cookies or advertising cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may process limited technical request data needed to deliver, secure, and operate the site.

If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this notice and provide consent controls where required.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the demo form.

We may update this notice as our website or legal obligations change. We will post the revised notice on this page and update the effective date above.
